THE PRESENCE OF PLUMBUM (Pb) AND CADMIUM (Cd) HEAVY METALS OF BROILER CHICKEN

The level of meat production from purebred chickens in East Java Province 2009 to 2019 reached 510,535.29 tons. existence heavy metal contamination are dangerous for human health due the lack good facilities and infrastructure on broiler farms including land locations that must be environmentally friendly, when rearing paying attention needs water feed not polluted by metals. objective this study was describe levels metals chicken at X Chicken Farm Kertosari Village, Pakusari District, Jember Regency.
